Stretch & Hustle for Seniors 12:30-1:30

Our Older Active Adults and Low-Impact Strength & Mobility Classes are specially designed for individuals looking for gentle yet effective ways to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance mobility. Geared towards older adults and those seeking low-impact exercises, these classes focus on promoting overall wellness through a combination of light stretching, group dance, and tailored exercises. The class begins with a gentle warm-up, followed by a fun and inclusive group dance session that promotes cardiovascular health and social interaction. Participants will engage in exercises that target key muscle groups, improve balance, and enhance joint flexibility. Our experienced instructors ensure a supportive and encouraging environment, making these classes ideal for anyone looking to stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

  • Days: Monday & Wednesday
  • Time: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM
  • Cost: $12 per class (payable at the beginning of each session)

Q2: Do I need any special equipment or attire for the class? A2: No special equipment is required. We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothing and supportive athletic shoes. Bringing a water bottle and a small towel is also advisable.

Q3: Can I join the class if I have limited mobility or joint issues? A3: Yes, our classes are designed to accommodate individuals with limited mobility or joint issues. Our instructors will provide modified exercises to suit your abilities and ensure a safe workout tailored to your needs.

Q4: What types of exercises will be included in the class? A4: The class will include light stretching exercises, low-impact aerobics, group dance, and strength-building exercises using body weight and resistance bands. Q5: Is it necessary to attend both Monday and Wednesday classes, or can I choose one day? A5: You are welcome to attend either the Monday class, the Wednesday class, or both, based on your schedule and preference. Each class is structured independently, so you won’t miss out on any content if you choose to attend only one day.

Q6: Can I pay for multiple classes in advance? A6: Yes, you can pay for multiple classes in advance. Pre-payment for multiple classes can be arranged for your convenience.
